AI Engineer III
Job Summary
The full-time AI Engineer III will serve as the hands-on technical lead for the development and support of Agentic AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the reliability and security of AI systems, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent workflows
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to AI Engineers and contractors, including code review and support
- Architect and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embedding-based retrieval, and LLM integration patterns for production use cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in software application design and development or data engineering pipelines
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams on application or AI/ML delivery projects
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases, and NLP-based automation
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and cloud computing platforms
