AI Engineer III
Job Summary
To support the modernization of enterprise Human Resources Technology Systems, the contract AI Engineer III will assess application landscapes, design and implement AI models and machine learning algorithms, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing HRTS applications to identify technology gaps and opportunities for AI and automation
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and analytics solutions for HR-related business processes
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise technologies
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in AI engineering, software development, or analytics
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong programming experience with Python and familiarity with AI/ML technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
