AI Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer Lead responsible for end-to-end system development and maintenance on enterprise-wide technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds rapid AI/ML and GenAI prototypes to explore feasibility and technical patterns
• Collaborates with architects and engineering teams to develop foundational patterns and reusable frameworks
• Leads requirements discussions and drives improvements in performance, stability, and scalability across systems

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in multi-platform applications
• Expert level experience with business and technical applications
• Hands-on development experience with emerging AI frameworks preferred
• Experience building LLM-based prototypes and familiarity with vector databases preferred
