Job Summary

Leading AI design and development efforts, the full-time AI Engineer Lead will mentor teams, develop applications that interact with APIs, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws while working remotely for a temporary duration of 11 months.

Key responsibilities

Develop applications that interact with web services, APIs, and other software applications
Design the overall structure of Agentic AI solutions, including user flow and API development
Monitor solution performance by creating and utilizing dashboards for AI agent performance metrics

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in AI Conversational Agents and/or Generative AI
2 years of experience developing Google Conversational Agents and monitoring AI performance with Enterprise Looker dashboards
Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python
Experience developing, testing, and deploying chatbot applications
