Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a team of AI Forward Deployed Engineers focused on healthcare
• Own the end-to-end success of AI deployments at healthcare customers
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure AI solutions meet healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or customer engineering
• Demonstrated healthcare experience with health systems, payers, or life sciences
• Proven experience in building and leading customer-facing engineering teams
• Deep understanding of LLMs and agentic AI systems
• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated healthcare environments
