AI Engineer Level 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer - L3 to build production-ready LLM-powered applications for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and document intelligence systems
• Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring pipelines to measure AI system performance
• Integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products and iterate based on user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1-3 years working with applied AI/ML or LLM-powered applications
• Strong experience building backend services using Python
• Experience implementing RAG workflows or LLM integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
