AI Engineer with Anthropic Expertise

Job Summary

To support a growing Anthropic practice, the full-time AI Engineer with Anthropic Expertise will design and implement enterprise AI architectures, deliver production applications powered by Claude, and act as a technical SME while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with strategic enterprise customers to design, build, and ship production AI applications
• Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate business impact
• Advise customers on AI architecture design, integration, and deployment strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a customer-facing AI role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs, specifically Claude or equivalent models
• Strong Python skills; proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or another secondary language is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and translate requirements into architecture decisions
