AI Engineer with Anthropic Expertise

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing Anthropic practice, the full-time AI Engineer with Anthropic Expertise will serve as a technical SME on Anthropic's Claude ecosystem, designing and building production AI applications while engaging directly with enterprise customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with strategic enterprise customers to design, build, and ship production AI applications powered by Claude
• Deliver technical artifacts and lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept engagements demonstrating business impact
• Translate complex customer requirements into architecture blueprints and provide technical discovery workshops

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a customer-facing AI role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs, specifically Claude or equivalent models
• Strong Python skills; proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or another secondary language is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate requirements into architecture decisions
