AI Engineer with SAP Expertise

Job Summary

To support the migration to SAP S/4HANA, the full-time AI Engineer with SAP Expertise will design, build, and operate AI workflows and Joule agents, focusing on automation across finance, supply chain, and HR processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Joule assistants and agents to automate workflows in S/4HANA
• Architect and deploy AI workflows on SAP BTP, ensuring integration with SAP Business Data Cloud
• Lead the AI workstream for the S/4HANA migration, including sandbox experimentation and ongoing AI delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of overall engineering experience, with at least 3 years in production AI/ML/GenAI solutions
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and understanding of fit-to-standard ERP delivery
• Production experience on SAP BTP, specifically AI Core and AI Launchpad
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Node/TypeScript
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems via middleware solutions
