AI Engineer with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

To support the development of AI/ML-enabled personnel management products for a Department of War Program, an AI Engineer with Secret Clearance will design and implement data pipelines, scoring algorithms, and API infrastructure in a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and scoring algorithms for an AI-driven matching capability
• Build and maintain integrations between the matching engine and existing program management platforms
• Collaborate with teams to test and refine user-configurable matching logic and validate algorithm outputs

Required qualifications

• Eligibility for a Secret clearance required; active Secret clearance preferred
• 3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience in production-grade applications
• Strong backend development experience in Python for data-intensive applications
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs for cross-system integration
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with familiarity in data modeling
