AI Engineer with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

To support the design and development of AI/ML-enabled personnel management products for a high-visibility Department of War Program, an AI Engineer with Secret Clearance will work full-time to design data pipelines, scoring algorithms, and API infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent matching capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and scoring algorithms to enable AI-driven matching capabilities
• Build and maintain integrations with existing program management platforms, ensuring seamless data handoff and architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine matching logic and validate algorithm outputs while documenting technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Eligibility for a Secret clearance required; active Secret clearance preferred
• 3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience in production-grade applications
• Strong backend development experience in Python with proficiency in building data-intensive applications
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs for cross-system integration
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with familiarity in data modeling for complex schemas
