AI Engineering Coach

Job Summary

Supporting learners in an AI-augmented engineering bootcamp, the part-time contract AI Engineering Coach will review code, provide feedback, run office hours, and ensure engineers stay on track during a remote engagement of approximately 5-10 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Review learners' AI-assisted code and provide constructive, specific feedback
• Identify and address learners' challenges early to keep them on track
• Conduct virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on assistance

Required qualifications

• Full-stack software engineer experienced with AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Ability to review code and deliver clear, actionable feedback
• Consistent and reliable availability throughout the 12-week period
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and evaluation
