AI Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the engineering vision and direct the architecture of core AI infrastructure and Multi-Agent Systems
• Partner with Product leaders to define the technical roadmap for foundational AI capabilities
• Oversee data processing architectures and implement governance for ethical AI usage

Required Qualifications

• MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar quantitative discipline
• 5+ years of experience in ML or AI engineering leadership roles
• Deep system-level architectural knowledge of modern NLP and large language models
• Expertise in vector databases and handling unstructured text data at scale
• Proven experience designing and overseeing core components of enterprise AI platforms
