AI Engineering Founding Role

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Founding Engineer to drive AI initiatives and develop intelligent features for their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build foundational AI capabilities and intelligent systems for user-facing features
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and define AI/ML problem areas
• Establish technical foundations for scalable and secure AI use across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building AI or ML-powered features in production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies
• Strong Python engineering skills; experience with backend systems is a plus
• Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments or similar fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
