Job Summary

AI Engineering Lead, seeking a full-time candidate with 10 to 12 years of experience to design and build API-first event-driven architectures, lead service rationalization, and contribute to domain services and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service rationalization and decomposition across complex enterprise ecosystems
• Design and build API-first, event-driven architectures
• Contribute hands-on to domain services, integrations, and proof of concepts (POCs)

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong engineering and architecture execution experience
• Deep hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms
• Proven ability to lead modernization efforts and break down monolithic systems
• Experience with MCP server-based solutions and Gen AI agents
• Strong understanding of observability strategies and zero-trust architecture
