AI Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the full-time Senior AI Engineering Lead will architect and ship end-to-end AI applications while mentoring engineers and ensuring high engineering standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-ready AI applications across various domains, including GenAI and automation
• Lead the technical direction for AI projects and review solution architectures for scalability and security
• Coach and mentor engineering teams through code reviews and development plans

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM applications, and AI microservices
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to communicate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
