Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time AI Engineering Lead will build production-ready AI systems, coach engineers, and set engineering standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-performing AI engineering team across multiple client engagements
• Architect and deliver production-grade end-to-end AI solutions using ML and generative approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor for AI roadmaps, solution design, and delivery strategies

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM applications, and AI microservices
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and AI performance optimization
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams
• Ability to communicate AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
