AI Engineering Lead

Job Summary

To build and scale AI capabilities from the ground up, the full-time AI Engineering Lead will design, build, and deploy production AI solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance workflows and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including workflow automation and LLM-driven applications
• Create scalable patterns for AI system architecture and inform engineering standards across the organization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into high-impact, production-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/LLM experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI systems and applications using LLMs
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, APIs, and CI/CD practices
• Experience building RAG pipelines, agent-based workflows, or orchestration layers
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in a fast-moving environment
