AI Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the full-time AI Engineering Lead will architect and deliver end-to-end AI applications while mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and ship end-to-end AI applications across various domains including GenAI and automation
• Lead technical direction for AI projects across multiple client accounts
• Coach and mentor engineering teams through code reviews and growth plans

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM applications, and AI microservices
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI performance optimization
• Proven ability to communicate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
