Job Summary
To drive AI-first development initiatives, the full-time Engineering Lead - AI & GenAI will manage multiple software engineering teams, focusing on implementing AI technologies and fostering innovation in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving AI adoption across the software development lifecycle
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence
- Manage Azure infrastructure and collaborate with program leaders to deliver strategic objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Python, and React
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI
