AI Engineering Systems Lead

Job Summary

Owning the internal systems that enable engineers to ship production Salesforce code quickly and accurately, the full-time remote AI Engineering Systems Lead will manage autonomous coding pipelines, root-cause engines, and enforced architectural standards while driving innovation in AI-assisted development.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and expand autonomous coding pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency in code shipping
• Oversee the development of a root-cause engine that analyzes bugs across multiple repositories and maintains evaluation standards
• Implement and extend architectural decision records to ensure deterministic enforcement of coding principles across projects

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of systems thinking and type systems to eliminate classes of bugs
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development, including familiarity with their limitations
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Experience building developer tooling, CI/CD, and orchestration systems
• Salesforce and Apex experience is advantageous but not mandatory
