AI Ethicist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Ethicist - Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical reviews and risk assessments of AI systems throughout their lifecycle
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to embed ethical requirements into AI development
• Design tools and frameworks to translate ethical theory into practical governance practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
• Master's or PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Science and Technology Studies, Public Policy, Law, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics or applied ethics in a technology organization
• Strong working knowledge of AI regulations and governance frameworks
• Experience working in highly regulated industries or with legal and compliance functions
