Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AI Ethics and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes and manages the AI governance framework to ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards
• Monitors AI systems for compliance, conducts risk assessments, and reports findings to senior leadership
• Develops AI training programs and promotes AI literacy across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Healthcare Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a related field
• Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical principles
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing AI compliance programs is preferred
