Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Agent Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document AI agent behavior and workflows
• Craft and iterate prompt instructions and response rules for accurate outcomes
• Partner with engineering and QA to define testing coverage and release criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, UI/UX, Process Design, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, conversational AI, UX writing, or related roles
• Direct experience in designing and improving chatbots or contact center automation
• Strong prompt design skills and experience with real interaction data
• Experience working in regulated environments and translating source material into grounded answers
