AI Experience Strategist Director

Job Summary

Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Experience Strategist Director will transform complex business challenges into compelling storytelling narratives, leveraging AI-driven creative workflows to influence executive decision-making and accelerate strategic investment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes and insights into engaging storytelling narratives through briefs, storyboards, and video deliverables
• Utilize generative AI systems to rapidly explore, iterate, and produce experience concepts in an AI-first creative workflow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive narratives that align with customer brands and influence executive decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in experience design, creative strategy, or digital storytelling
• 5+ years of experience in translating business or product concepts into visual narratives or digital experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Mural for creating user journeys and experience frameworks
• Experience developing visual storytelling assets for executive-level audiences, including presentations and videos
