AI Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-driven finance operations practice, the full-time AI Finance Operations Manager will own the entire revenue dollar journey, including forecasting, modeling, business operations, and some business development, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company's operating model, budget, and rolling forecast to serve as the source of truth for leadership
• Own cash-flow forecasting and runway management, ensuring no surprises in the cash position
• Design and automate finance and operations systems using AI tools to streamline processes and reporting

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or strategic finance
• Proficient in financial modeling, including building three-statement and operating models from scratch
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and relevant metrics
• Experience with AI tools and a desire to build a finance function around them
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, board members, and clients
