AI Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AI Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track outcome-oriented KPIs for AI capabilities and produce executive-ready reporting
• Lead business casing for AI initiatives and manage AI portfolio forecasting and reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial aggregation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of FP&A expertise with a proven ability to link operational KPIs to financial outcomes
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience demonstrating leadership competencies
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for analysis
• Experience in data-driven environments and understanding of A/B testing concepts
