AI-First Account Executive

Job Summary

Supporting account delivery in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the AI-First Account Executive will manage delegated tasks, maintain account context, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams while utilizing AI tools and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support account delivery by coordinating tasks and priorities, ensuring work progresses without delays
• Maintain accurate account context, including stakeholder information, decisions, and follow-ups, to facilitate effective communication
• Utilize AI tools to complete account work, including research, meeting preparation, and drafting client-ready materials

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client or operational delivery and follow through on direction
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in a professional or academic setting
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management systems, with a focus on maintaining clean data and improving workflows
• Strong judgment in reviewing AI outputs against client standards and requirements
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
