Job Summary

Supporting account delivery in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the AI-First Account Executive will manage delegated tasks, coordinate priorities, and maintain reliable client context while utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support account delivery using AI tools and manage delegated tasks and coordination needs
• Maintain reliable account context, including stakeholders, decisions, and follow-ups, to ensure organized operations
• Draft clear, client-ready summaries and updates, ensuring effective communication of complex information

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing client or operational delivery, showcasing follow-through on direction
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents, evidencing capability in delegating and reviewing work
• Practical knowledge of Airtable or similar structured work systems, with an ability to maintain and improve workflows
• Strong understanding of client context and brand standards to review AI output effectively
• High agency and ownership, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and managing tasks independently
