AI-First DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AI-First DevOps Engineer, the full-time position will focus on building and managing a cloud-native Kubernetes platform, emphasizing automation and AI-driven operations in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own reliability, observability, and delivery for a multi-tenant, cloud-native Kubernetes platform from design through production
• Build CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and GitOps-driven progressive delivery to enable frequent and safe deployments
• Advocate for AI-First operations by automating incident response and integrating AI agents for diagnostics and remediation

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Strong operational experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Demonstrable adoption of an AI-First mindset and tools, with daily use of at least one AI development tool
• Fluency with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and modern CI/CD practices
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and service mesh concepts
