AI-First Lead Engineer

Job Summary

AI-First Lead Engineer, responsible for the end-to-end design, quality, and reliability of AI capabilities in a full-time role, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the design of AI solutions, including model selection and orchestration patterns
• Implement and maintain safety guardrails to mitigate AI risks and ensure quality metrics
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in AI-enabled development practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in ML/AI production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/LLM tooling and APIs
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks with measurable quality metrics
• Practical knowledge of AI safety risks and mitigation techniques
• Strong TypeScript/Node fundamentals for evaluating AI-generated code
