Job Summary
Building and managing an AI-first sales enablement system, the full-time remote AI-First Sales Enablement Specialist will design, run, and continuously improve a conversion engine that utilizes AI for creating structured proof, proposals, and pitch decks while collaborating closely with delivery teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the conversion engine as an AI-first system, ensuring accurate and permissioned outputs
- Create and maintain structured libraries for proof and claims, including case studies and reusable evidence
- Assemble tailored pitch decks and proposals, ensuring materials are visually sharp and on-brand
Required qualifications
- Strong structuring and writing ability to create clear commercial narratives
- Experience in sales enablement, proposal, or bid work within an agency or consultancy environment
- Genuine command of AI tools and experience building AI-assisted workflows
- Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration, as well as lightweight technical systems
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and engage with senior stakeholders effectively
