AI-First Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative software development, the full-time remote AI-First Software Engineer will design end-to-end system architectures, direct AI agents to generate production-ready code, and validate outputs to ensure enterprise standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and specify system designs spanning mobile, web, backend, and cloud infrastructure
• Direct AI coding agents to deliver complete implementations and run rapid generate-and-validate cycles
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and architectural alignment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in at least one domain (mobile, web, backend, or infrastructure)
• Full-stack literacy across technologies including Flutter, React, Java, and AWS
• Strong systems thinking to understand the impact of UI changes on the entire application
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating precise technical specifications
• Fluency in AI tools and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
