Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end UI/UX design for fireclaytile.com, the full-time salaried AI-First UI/UX Designer will handle Shopify Plus backend configuration, lead custom development projects, and collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to enhance site performance, all while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design from concept through build-ready specifications using Figma
- Manage Shopify Plus backend configuration, including products, collections, and checkout processes
- Collaborate with internal developers and Growth Marketing on custom projects and conversion rate optimization initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for e-commerce, particularly with Shopify Plus
- Expert proficiency in Figma for producing developer-ready specifications
- Fluent in Shopify Plus admin with HTML/CSS/Liquid literacy for quality assurance and prototyping
- Experience in the Home category, understanding visual merchandising and sample-driven purchase journeys
- Self-directed with the ability to manage remote developers and focus on e-commerce conversion and accessibility
