AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time AI Forward Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will manage the deployment journey of ProcessOS from initial process files to production workflows, collaborating with global teams to enhance performance and scalability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the deployment process, ensuring at least one workflow is running within 90 days and achieving multiple viable deployments within 12 months
• Drive organizational adoption by building trust and understanding among technical and business stakeholders
• Document best practices and build a playbook for deployment as new patterns and solutions are discovered

Required qualifications

• Experience with enterprise production, having successfully shipped solutions within large organizations
• Technical proficiency in debugging integration failures and configuring Camunda clusters
• Practical experience using AI to solve real-world production problems
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across engineering and business leadership
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and document learning experiences effectively
