Job Summary

Owning the deployment journey from initial process file to production workflow, the full-time AI Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely to implement and enhance enterprise-level AI solutions while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to drive organizational adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage workflows, ensuring measurable improvements within customer environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build understanding and trust, facilitating lasting customer capabilities
• Document deployment processes and integration patterns to streamline future implementations

Required qualifications

• Experience in enterprise production environments with a focus on governance and resilience
• Technical proficiency in debugging integrations, configuring Camunda clusters, and writing custom agents
• Practical experience using AI in production settings, including context management and prompt engineering
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with engineering and business leadership
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and document learnings for future reference
