AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of an AI Governance Program, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will manage governance documentation, coordinate AI risk assessments, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the AI Governance Framework, policies, and related documentation
• Coordinate AI risk assessments and manage the centralized inventory of AI use cases
• Prepare reports and materials for AI Governance Committee meetings and track governance decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related disciplines
• Experience with AI governance principles or emerging technologies is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources
