AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the operationalization of AI at scale, the full-time AI Governance Analyst will conduct vendor research, document submissions, and ensure compliance with governance standards while working collaboratively with business teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured research on AI tools and vendors, building comprehensive risk profiles across governance categories
• Document and present submission packages with clarity, ensuring all necessary information is provided to reviewing functions
• Contribute to the improvement of research methodology and submission processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, risk analysis, compliance, or vendor management within a large organization
• Strong written communication skills for synthesizing technical and legal information into clear documentation
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the risk landscape surrounding AI adoption
• Demonstrated process discipline and ability to manage multiple research workstreams simultaneously
• Proactive and collaborative approach, able to operate independently while aligning with team priorities
