Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Institutional AI Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the institutional AI governance framework, including policies and operating procedures
• Operate the centralized AI governance process and oversee governance reviews across various initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and communicate governance requirements effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Law, Computer Science, or related fields
• Eight years of experience in data governance, analytics, or management, with five years in a supervisory role
• Experience governing AI or model-based systems in high-risk environments preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare AI governance frameworks and regulations
• Experience in scaling AI governance processes across expanding portfolios
