AI Governance Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-driven and focused on operationalizing AI governance, the contract AI Governance Coordinator will manage AI use cases, support governance tooling, and coordinate risk mitigation efforts in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the use case registry, validate risk ratings, and track mitigation actions to ensure audit readiness
• Oversee intake processes and support governance platform operations, including data validation and user onboarding
• Track assessment action items and collaborate with stakeholders to document and close risk gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, governance, risk, or compliance in a regulated environment
• Experience with risk-related activities such as risk assessments and technology reviews
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce audit-ready documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
