Job Summary

Detail-driven and experienced, the part-time AI Governance Coordinator will operationalize the enterprise AI governance program by managing AI use cases, supporting governance tooling, and coordinating risk mitigation efforts in a fully remote contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the use case registry, validate risk ratings, and track mitigation actions to ensure audit readiness
  • Oversee intake processes, triage submissions, and support governance platform operations including data validation and user onboarding
  • Coordinate risk assessment action items, follow up with stakeholders, and document gaps to maintain audit-ready evidence
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, governance, risk, or compliance in a regulated environment
  • Experience supporting risk-related activities such as risk assessments and technology reviews
  • Strong ability to produce audit-ready documentation and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven communication and writing skills
