AI Governance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Governance Engineer to design, build, and automate technical controls for their enterprise AI Governance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated inventory collection, monitoring, and risk scoring for AI systems
• Architect and enforce security controls for AI systems, including access management and incident response protocols
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate governance controls into product and platform development

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, MLOps, platform engineering, backend development, or cybersecurity with a focus on automation and controls
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, with experience in APIs and automation frameworks
• Experience integrating governance, risk, or compliance controls into engineering workflows
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory frameworks related to AI
• Experience building tools for model evaluation, monitoring, and documentation
