AI Governance Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Governance Engineer, the full-time remote position will evaluate AI/ML systems, assess technical risks, and ensure alignment of AI initiatives with governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess AI/ML systems, including supervised machine learning and GenAI solutions
• Review model behavior and validate controls to support AI governance activities
• Align AI initiatives with responsible AI standards and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Strong technical experience in AI engineering and machine learning
• Hands-on experience with model testing and AI risk assessment
• Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI standards
• Experience in validating technical controls related to AI initiatives
