Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement and Governance Lead to drive the implementation and governance of AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design and prototype AI solutions and establish governance controls for AI tools
• Collaborate with business units to roll out AI tools and support process adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or consulting roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered tools
• Experience implementing process changes and driving adoption across business functions
• Ability to manage AI tools post-deployment, including monitoring and updates
