AI Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Governance Lead to build and manage their enterprise AI Governance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI governance framework, including policies and training programs
• Define and maintain Responsible AI policies and risk assessment frameworks in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
• Conduct audits and compliance reviews of AI systems, tools, and vendors while tracking remediation activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or technical enablement roles
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience with regulatory frameworks related to AI safety and compliance
• Technical proficiency in Python, APIs, and automation
• Experience in building and running training or enablement programs is highly desirable
