AI Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Governance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI governance best practices into AI/ML model development and deployment
• Establish processes for AI risk assessment, bias detection, transparency, accountability, and explainability
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI systems to ensure compliance with governance, ethical, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, economics, law, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in data or technology, focusing on AI/data governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management
• 3+ years of experience in data science or technology development
• Knowledge of AI regulations, ethical AI principles, and risk management frameworks
• Familiarity with AI auditing tools and bias detection methodologies is a plus
