AI Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GRC AI Lead to enhance its enterprise technology governance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT and AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify, assess, and monitor IT and AI risks while developing mitigation strategies and control frameworks
• Develop and maintain IT and AI policies, standards, and procedures while promoting ethical technology use

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field, with exposure to AI/ML governance preferred
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the IT domain
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST)
