AI Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement & Governance Lead - Policy, Controls & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance policies and standards
• Define and document AI governance controls for compliance with policies and regulations
• Support client-facing teams with AI governance policy content and guidance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in AI governance, model risk management, compliance, or related fields
• Industry certifications such as Certified AI Governance Professional or similar credentials
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into enforceable policies and standards
• Practical, risk-based mindset balancing compliance with business needs
• Experience with audit readiness and regulatory compliance processes
