AI Governance Lead

Job Summary

To ensure the safe and trusted expansion of AI initiatives, the full-time remote AI Governance Lead will manage the AI program and its operational infrastructure, overseeing risk management, governance processes, and training for cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI governance intake and ensure proper security and risk reviews for pilots, purchases, and launches
• Facilitate governance committee reviews and drive decisions to resolution
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure of the AI program, including documentation and audit trails

Required qualifications

• Technical foundation in software engineering or security engineering
• Program management experience in regulated, high-trust environments
• Deep engagement with the AI ecosystem and current AI tooling/innovation
• Excellent cross-functional facilitation skills
• Experience in operational rigor, including documentation and process improvement
