AI Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the Responsible AI governance program, the full-time AI Governance Program Manager will manage workflows, coordinate reviews, and ensure documentation quality while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute AI governance workflows, including intake validation and documentation checks
• Support backlog remediation activities by identifying and processing AI solutions requiring governance review
• Perform quality control on AI submissions to ensure readiness for review and maintain structured tracking of governance status

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in program or project management, governance, compliance, or technology-enabled initiatives
• Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment with knowledge of documentation standards
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including technology and compliance teams
• Comfort interfacing with technical teams to translate requirements into operational inputs
